personal data collected on go.fixlocal.ai and portal.fixlocal.ai. Contact:

- What we collect
- Order details: name, email, billing country, the products you bought, and payment status.
Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. - Onboarding answers: the information you give us so we can build your reports and
deliverables (your business name, website, service area, industry and the services you want
to be found for). - Account activity: logins, content you open, support messages, and membership status.
- Website data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring page,
collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 4).
- Why we use it (legal bases)
To deliver what you bought and run your account (contract); to take payment and keep
accounting records (legal obligation); to answer support requests and send service emails
(contract); to send marketing emails about our other products, which you can stop at any time
via the unsubscribe link (consent / legitimate interest); to measure and improve our advertising
(consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest). - Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our instructions: Stripe (payments), our portal and page
hosting provider, our email provider, and Meta (advertising measurement – see cookies). If you
buy The Lead Worker, the chat widget and voice line installed on your website collect your
visitors’ names, contact details and messages so we can send those leads to you; you are the
controller of that data and should cover it in your own website privacy policy – we process it only
on your behalf. We do not sell personal data. Providers may be located outside your country;
where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. - Cookies and advertising pixels
Our pages use a Meta pixel to measure ads and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms.
Visitors in the UK and the EU/EEA see a consent banner and no advertising cookies are set
until you click Accept; you can decline and the pages work normally. Visitors elsewhere can
block cookies in their browser or opt out of Meta ads at facebook.com/adpreferences. We also
use strictly necessary cookies for checkout and login, which need no consent. - How long we keep it
Order and payment records: 7 years (tax law). Account data: while your account is open and for
12 months after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Marketing preferences: until you
unsubscribe. Website analytics: 13 months. - Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and US state laws such as the
CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object
to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email
support@martecmedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against
anyone who exercises these rights. - Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. - Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to
account holders
